ideal tire pressure for stunts

im real interested as a novice to the stunt world in what tire pressures to run for best adhesion at low speed etc..... is there a standard setting you use like on road and track?

@ 20-24 psi for me, but I mostly ride on the street.

when i started learning. i was running 10-12psi in the rear. I'm runnin 18psi now.
