Suspension settings....
I'm wanting to adjust my suspension settings (showa monoshock) for my CBR600RR and was just curious if anyone had any killer setups for me to try out :YEAH

I answered my own question...just in case ya'll crackaz is curious here it is....
CBR600RR ('04) 8/04 4 lines showing 1 turn out 1.5 turns out position 5 of 7 .25 turn out 5 clicks out
note: set fork tube height to 6mm showing above triple clamp with Dunlop D208 GP-A tires
you can find it for any bike on www.sportrider.com
anyways any other settings, (like for slow stunts etc...) would be useful. :YEAH

turn the front forks like this.....turn the left fork all the way soft, and the right fork all the way hard.......you have to replace some seals evey now and then but thats how these endo fools turn their 180's on the front tire....haha
you thread has officially been bastardized!!!!! hope you aren't in the full-body cast in your avator...would suck not to be able to spank it!!!
