i havent touched the rear brake in a while, so this is just an overview lol. There will be 2 bolts holding the caliper on 12mm and 14mm (maybe?). Then you can pull the caliper off, there is a small ~5mm allen bolt holding the pads on(the one on mine was stuck, so spray some wd-40/liquid wrench on it if u have trouble). If any of the clips fall out, remember where they go. Compress the piston back into the caliper (i usually do this with one of the old pads on the piston, and a c-clamp). Re-install the new pads, if the pads dont clear the rotor, you'll have to compress the piston further. Bolt it up tight and spray the rotor down with brake cleaner to remove any grease.
