Yes I did. I had a burst fracture to my T8 vertebra-And yup I'm almost 100% healed up-average heal time for a burst fracture is 6-8 weeks--I'm a bit sore right now-but I dont feel it when I ride. Im sure everyone has a good plan for fixing their problems...this one works for me, and if you think others will be interested...start the thread. I'll post pics, how to, and results. Thanks for the props on the support. It was simple and inexpensive!!!

that looks like a 929 subframe.... and mine has taken more beatings then a hooker who owe's money
and i vote the best fix would be get a honda

www.scrapeworks.com has chromoloy subframes for gixxers f4i's and 929's along with crash cages.

i had mine reinforced. I've GORILLA scraped more than a few times...including at Hattiesburg saturday (SS wobbles blow) haven't broken the welding on the sub yet...or the tabs on the frame

Go online Racing 905 - give aaron a call - they do steel subframe supports from your 12 bar to your frame and from your rear passenger pegs to your rear sets. I have both, and mine never really moves even with hard hits that involve the 12 bar or anywhere in the tail section.
