which one is better the internal racing 905 bar, or the F.I. bar?!

ive heard that the 905 is good because it doesnt sit perfectly flat with the ground, i guess it makes it easier to drag?!

its for an 02 F4i... suggestions, comments, whatever. lets hear it!

it really depends on how close to your powerband you mount it!!!

I had my 12 bar custom made, and it added 155 horsepower when they installed it just below the powerband, but I think it only added like 145, b/c I put like 40 stickers on in the same day. I'm not sure why, but you have to have these 2 bars with a plate at the end for the 12 bar and powerband to work right....its strong tho!!! I've hit and scraped it a few times and it hasn't broken yet. I think I've seen guys do tricks when sliding on that thing.......would be cool huh???

Back to your question,,,,, If you are planning on dragging your bar, for long periods of time(like doing Apehangers, or cliffhangers), than I believe that the F.I. bar is the way to go, but if you plan on dragging for short periods of time, say hitting bar on a highchair, or spreader for a second or two, than maybe the 905 internal bar( I hope you are reffering to the bar that does not have the straight bar parellel with thr ground,.... but the bar that is contoured with the rear plastics...) would work great

I have an FI bar and the whole bar doesn't scrape. Only the top edge scrapes which is how it's supposed to be. It mounted up perfectly so I say go for FI.

FI bars are the best around, h ands down....that 905 curved bar looks cool for a streetbike though!

I have a homemade special....but have been watching dan jackson and johnny seals scrape there FI bars and they do anything they want on them.....I would probably buy one, but they don't make one for me.....I like the FI 12 bar and a cage more l;ike 905 or MXD vs. FI.....just my 2 cents(the serious ones)
