help!!! my 12s are garbage
someone please help, im killin myself, been ridin an f4i for about 4 months now, ive got faster bp wheelies on lock, been tryin to get slow 12s but im either chasin bp or scrapin the tale, ive got a cage and a bar but im using stock gears, should i learn with the idle up and work the brake or just all throttle???

defininatly learn brake control first man... your just goin to break your sub frame if you keep commin back hard (assuming since your using all throttle) Slow speed scrapes are your friend.... dont get to rushed take your time bro

i say learn idle up because trying to learn brake control and keep constant throttle and keep the bike past bp is very hard. with ur idle up u will kno when ur high enuff, and from there i can master ur brake control. then once u got it turn ir idle to stock and practice keeping the throttle constant. i leanred to 12 and ride idle in bout 5 days the way i learned.

i have an 01 gix and i have to turn my idle to about 3000 just to make the choppiness go away, i havent done any idle tricks yet and i dont know how to do fast stuff, im starting with stand still clutch ups, then move to the fast stuff

thanks for all the replies, ive seen that vid just doesnt do a whole lot for me, ive tried both ways, idle up and all throttle, i can definetly go a lot farther with the idle at 3k, what did everyone learn on stock gearing or big ****???, ive got a +14 rear but id really like to master it with stock gears first

Not that I can 12 or anything, but it probably be better to learn with the idle low, cause your gonna need that engine break if you don't have break control...at least thats what I've been told.
