R1 Rippers only

Okay fellow r1 rippers I'm looking for some serious tips on how to practice stoppies. I can raise the rear a little but it doesnt feel too controlled. Im not rollin anything yet of course. So, do I master stickin em then move on to practicing rollin or what. Also I'm 2 fiddy hook a brotha up.

Also looking for tips on how to practice slow wheelies. Stoppies are priority though.

Roll them at 30 at first. Get up to speed place your weight on the tank at your hips, try to squeeze the bike with your legs. Grab a handful of front brake (make sure your tire is up to temp) but do it smooth. Continue to do this until you feel the rear lift. Keep at it, practice makes it super easy and at 30 its harder to get nightmare tankslapper. I can roll 30-50ft at 30 without any worry of going over so shoot for better than me.
