954 front end conversion on F4i

Just finished putting on a complete 954 front end on my F4i. I wanted to get some info from some peeps that have already done this ..... Im not running a headlight, so that's not a problem, BUT the fairing stay (stock f4i) obviously won't work ............. I need something that WILL work. The front fairing is definitely way too loose, and I need somthing to tie the gauges and front harness to. What cha got?

this stay I made makes a little more room for the bars, especially if you like to run them out almost straight. I'll try to get some more pics up soon.

just curious, but whats wrong with the F4i front end???? I've heard that 954's were stoppie kings, but never really heard anything negative about the F4i........if so, has anyone heard anything negative about the 600RR front end????

Inverted forks make a world of a difference when doing stoppies. Try riding a bike with inverted forks. The ride is much more stable and the forks dont have so much travel. When doing stoppies on a bike such as the f4i or 600rr (with their origonal forks) you gotta mash down on the front end just to compress the forks, But with the 929/954/gsxr forks it just takes a little bounce on the front end.

Does your brake or clutch lever hit the upper fairing? In the pic it looks like it is straight and your clutch lever is almost touching your upper.. I want to do this, but I ride my bike more street and want to make sure I can actually turn left and right..
