n***er rigging a remote kill switch

I'm buying a remote start system that has a 1000' range, and i'm going to try to use it as a remote kill switch (so the camera man can turn off the runaway bike when i fall off). Does anyone know how to wire it up to the bike's kill switch?

Re: n***er rigging a remote kill switch

don't **** the camera guy off, you could be doing a nice highchair and all of a sudden he say's **** off and hits the button, but that would make for good footage

P.S. sorry don't know how to wire it

why bother, 99.9% of the time the bike falls right over, and a kill switch sounds like one more thing that could go wrong and not let your bike run right, or even worse, cut out mid wheelie!!!

heres what u do. as seen on all drag bikes..... use a small skrew the kind with a circle on top of them (can find at any hardware store) skrew it into the top side of your on off switch tie a string to it. point is so when u fall off the string flips the switch.....get it ?

Re: n***er rigging a remote kill switch

heres what you do disconnect the kickstand switch, then take a relay and wire it in, use the remote to turn on the relay connecting the kickstand circuit. then use the remote to shut off the relay, breaking the circuit which will kill the bike

Jerry from IBWS has one of those cords (See Black Sheep Squadron?) I haven't seen anyone else using one.
