spreader how to?

ok, when you guys do a fulll spread spreader, how do you sit? do you roll back onto your tail? or do you sit on the tank upright and use your body weight to spreader your legs? What exactly is the best method for getting a really long spread?

Re: spreader how to?

On a bicycle the only way to do it is pull up a wheelie let your feet off the pedals kick them out and hold the bike up behind bp with the brake, it's pretty hard to do one for more than a second.

Re: spreader how to?

Extend your arms, roll back onto your tailbone and kick your legs up. It'll be easier doing it in the air, rather than sitting (due to your legs weighing down and whatever).

Re: spreader how to?

sit in ur dent job...clutch up and hug the side of the bike/cage with ur legs till ur at bp then extend them. the "spread" of the spreader depends on how flexable u are

This is what im talkin about posting stuff you know nothing about, what would you need to know how to do a spreader for? (not trying to start a fight just statin the obvious)

Re: spreader how to?

If you can comfortably put your feet on your cage or frame slider, do them sitting on the tank with your feet on them...You won't feel so awkward at first. Once you get kinda comfortable with that, then it's just a matter of bringing your feet off a little at a time until those b*tches are straight out to the side...but like with anything, just take your time with it...
