And kickstand is same deal... unplug it and connect the 2 wires together, there's only 2 (on 954/929).
So many redundant switches, relays, ect. it gets freekin confusing.

Hello, MR. RYAN SMITH Dude im not some total idiot. Yeah you are right about tip sensors being different but they almost all work the same. The gsxr tip sensor is a pendualum type set up and my f4i/600rr/929 work like a float in a carb. gsxr's dont have fluid in them. at least the new gsxr's dont. Dont hate on someone for tryin to help even if you "THINK" their wrong. Thanks for apologizing.
Who ever asked where a 04 gsxr 600 tip sensor was = its under the seat, between the battery and the tank. Little black box.

Re: Tip over switch (how to remove it?)
There is oil in the case. If you don't believe me, I'll send you a video of me firing a hole in one and shaking the oil out. The Honda sensor is different than the Suzuki one. The Suzuki one just slides on a conductor and when it hits either side, it completes a circuit. The Honda one uses 2 magnets mounted on a swinging weight suspended in oil.Check it out here.

Re: Tip over switch (how to remove it?)
EASIER WAY: Just clip the 3 wires going to the Tip-over Sensor. Then, splice the red and the green wires together and tape off the white one by itself. This is much easier than making a mess with silicone.
If you don't want to cut your wires, you can just unplug the sensor. Then use a small piece of wire (about 1" long) and loop the two outside holes in the plug together (ones going to red & green wires- so you're basically connecting the two wires...get it). After that, tape the end of the plug with the wire in it so it holds.

Re: Tip over switch (how to remove it?)
ok i figured it out supper easy, the first pic is of the pig tail that leads to sensor behind gauges you wont even have to find sensor to disable it just unplug sensor plug and loop wires as shown in pic two

Re: Tip over switch (how to remove it?)
i have a question..... on my F4i i can turn the key to the on position WITHOUT the headlights connected and the guages does the normal lilttle warm up thing. But i dont hear the little whinning noise for the FI...
but when i connect the head lights it does the little noise and will start...
how do people run their bikes with no lights? what wires do you have to splice?
thanks!
