Has anyone used the oilpan baffle from Schnitz instead of the Stunnex oil pickup? And if so, how well does it work?

I have one and many buddies have them(NOT Schnitz) buddy made his own on his Millin machine, kinda borrowed idea from ^. They seem to help with some oil starvation. Not saying it won't cure the motors from bearing failure, but, will help out

i kno fraiser from XFR used one and blew his motor, he was not too happy
