why front pegs on the forks?

In PSF 1 there is a girl standing on them facing the rider while hes doing a stoppie....she falls off and gets ran over. 
Some guys will also stand on them facing the bike and do burnouts. Also some tandem riding teams use them.

Might as well be doing some no handed HC circles while your at it... MAybe some No Hander 1000 ft Stoppies?
