i do slow stuff i can hold it anywhere between 3-5 mph just takes practice getting it up super quick and holding it. But i got the hang of it.

Did you have any problems or crashes learning with stock ??
Im at the point where my forks are almost horizontal with the ground and I can barely see down my tripple tree, But im doing like 40mph, clutching it up at like
8 mph.

Any advice, besides practice practice practice.??

hey man, just got a 97 900RR and was wondering if the 900's are easy to rock slow shi7 and circles. You at that point yet? thinking of going up 16 like you said. Thanks for the input

my buddy has a 900rr, they are good solid bikes. I learned alot on his bike before i even had my own bike. from an R6 to a 900rr thats a big diff. Once you get used to it, youll be able to do slow stuff. Gotta get used to throwing that thing around 1st.

im trying to do slow wheelies too.. was at the shop looking at sprockets earlier...i was told to start off with -2 in the front and leave the back stock and it will come right up to 12 o'clock. how true is this???

-2 in the front is a good place to start off because you will get a noticable difference in low power&you can also still have a good all around bike. Its only like 15 or 20 bucks for a front sprocket, and you will still be able to use your stock chain. You can rock 12's with stock gearing, you just cant do them really slow like you would if you had a huge back sprocket. Start with that unless you just want to jump to a big sprocket, but it will take away from your interstate riding.

900's great for slow stuff, but alot of guys that are on a 900 swich to 600s and love it. I'de talk to Grant Sunday (Mostwanted) on Stunt Life. He's been stunting a 900 for years and just got a 600. He says the 900's awesome for stunting but the 600's better for circles. I'm getting ready to go -2 +10 on my gearing which will be about like +16, so I think it is a good gear to try out.

dude i should be getting a 60 tooth in the mail any day, ive been told that it was the highest you could go and still have a streetable bike. i will be 15 60 when i get it on there so ill let you know what its like anyday now if i live ...lol knock on wood. go with the 60 **** it right good luck

i decided to go -1 +14 . i met phil from moto-heaven.com in nyc at the bike show. i caught the train from jerzey to ny and ordered the whole set with the chain for only 190 bucks(shipped & everything)

how slow can you get it if you're stock, or -1 in front on a 750? I'm going to be slowing things down as soon as the snow melts so should I be able to get around 10 or so?
