I just had a big crash on my gixxer thou and am considerin goin to MX bars and clamps as i found some lying arond the garage from my dirt-bike days.

I'm thinking about puttin them on my gixxer rather than replacing the busted clip-ons. It's not a matter of cost, but i have always felt more confident and aggressive when stuntin behind MX bars!

What do you guys think, would it help me progress faster or is it just a matter of preference???

MX bars might help some things...


but i think they just look dumb as hell on a sportbike.

i'v been riding w/ mx bars since 1981 never had clip back then, but its all pref

MX bars rock. I have been riding with them for about 4 mounths and I dont think I will go back to clip ons.

Convert it!And don't look back.
It is the way to go for freestyle.
Allows a much more aggresive riding style.
And much more comfy...totally worth it.
