What's more powerful, bouncing or clutching?
I don't know if this makes sense, but if I stand staggered on my 954 and clutch second to redline it'll come up about a foot and then rev out. If I use only bounce and I have it in the right rev range and I bounce as hard as I can, I can bring it up and balance it. So what's more powerful, bounce or clutch?

It means you're not clutching wright. RPM's are'nt everything- you're propably doing it to slow I think. But if you release the cluth lever litle faster the front wheel should go higher and much faster.

Nah I'm pretty good at clutching, I do slow wheelies on my f2 without wheelspin. I am not gonna turn this into an argument about how I don't know what I'm doing so lets just stick with the topic and see what people think.

bouncing would be more powerful. especially if you're standing staggard then your weight isn't centered so when you bounce and give it throttle the bike itself will feel lighter and come up quick and each. haven't tried to clutch it in 2nd standing yet. let me know how it goes if you get it to come up good.

I may be wrong but..........
Sounds like you need to hold the throttle on harder after you clutch it. Give it the berries to get the revs up, drop the clutch and as it comes up don't back off so quick, keeps the throttle on hard but not at redline

Bouncing/clutching up same time works well.. and some do it with highchairs too.. they put their weight down with their *** and then lean back.. i think i seen cardwell do it in C&I3

Here's a vid I made a while ago just to prove what I mean. 2nd gear, 45mph, 30 degrees outside, clutch to redline and pull as hard as I can on the bars.
