Re: Power Wheelies!?!?

lmso.. this is hilarious.. here my I learned to clutch up a Ninja 250 and a Ninja 500.. Then I got an '03 SV650S and learned power wheelies... They are fun and easy to do. They gave me confidence.. Anyway, I sold my SV and bought a Gixxer 750.. I still like bouncing/powering it when doing fast wheelies because it's simple and at that speed it dosen't matter how you bring it up. I just geared it to -1/+18 and am trying to learn slow shiat. You have to clutch it.. At first it scared the hell outta me but the more you do it, you can get consistent and it becomes predictable. Practice practice practice. Practice is .

welcome to stuntlife....*******....theres nothing wrong with wheelies with out the clutch...WHY should i use the clutch when im rolling a fast speed,my bike is geared so i will jump up just as quickly as clutching,im not a new rider than has no idea how to use the throttle or know the power of my bike, and if i dont want to abuse my clutch for a simple wheelie...i just bounce and twist the throttle...BUT just because i bounce my wheelies doesnt mean i cant clutch them...i can clutch up my wheelies from a dead stop...so **** off calling me a squid because i can do wheelies without my clutch

Sorry, unless the engine is shot....it will. it is almost no different than my F3. its very possible. So does this mean my wheelies on the and the scooter are junk because i cant clutch them up? just curious. (working towards that magical 200 post mark.)

Just had to add that last part in for the humor factor. most of us are arguing over the fact that we almost all have no idea what one another ride like. So without atleast some pics or video, we have no idea what another is capable of.

Oh yeah because in order to be a great stunter it is a requirement to have at least 32461616164 posts on the internet about how great you are...

But to stay on topic wheelies are more predictable and easier to control if you clutch them...you don't have to, but it is the preferred way to go.

Re: Power Wheelies!?!?

LOL, everyeon here acts like we all wanna be the greatest stunters in the world, and like we wanna make a living in the stunt industry. I'm sorry, but if you can get a wheelie to BP, and ride it for miles, you are skilled, even without the clutch

I think the whole hating on power wheelies is because they guys who do slow **** wanna defend there clutchin methods lots of bikes don't need a clutch to get it up to BP on the highway.

Re: Power Wheelies!?!?

my avatar just brought somethin to my attention.

How do you "Power wheelie" guys intend on doing spreaders and high chairs? Cause either im just retarded but im pretty damn sure your not goin to be able to power wheelie with an extra 140+ lbs on the front end.
