I got the same exact problem--But I'm about to find out today if my garbage EBC pads are the culprit. New EBC pads, and I got stainless lines going to the rear and I gotta pretty much mash in and bend my foot lever to get the rear wheel to just BARELY lock up. Im driving to Honda TODAY and buying OEM Honda pads. I'll reply back with a status...this better fix 'em.......

New OEM pads and use some scotchbrite pads to take the shine off the rotor. You probably glazed your pads. If you want to be cheap, take the pads out and scuff them up. You can tell if they are glazed, they'll be shiny and slick.

Umm... i heard in another thread that you could try lifting the top off the resivoir and pumping the lever untill air bubbles stopp comiing out. they said it was part of bleeding the brakes, so you probably already did it, if not, it's work a try

Re: I need brakes
u gotta pop the res cap off to relieve pressure. if that doesn't work then caliper piston is coming out crooked. take the pads out ur caliper and take the res cap off and use a C clamp and push ur brake caliper piston back all the way in, watch out ur resivior, it may over flow. after u smash it all the way back in pump ur break lever till it comes all the way out and see if its getting cought on anything.. if nothing flush ur break fluid n try some new fresh stuff. also warped rear rotor will cause it to not work at all for **** to.
