twelving an R1

hi my name is corey from australia, and im having probs with my "99" R1 when im 12ing it. when i get it rite up on the 12 bar and its still running oil pumps into the air box, and not a small amount eather. any idea's how i can fix this prob??

I dont think that the R1 since it is carburated likes to run on the bar at all...
it may work but as far as i know it won't run on the bar without oil going into the air box

ive heard of people making oil catch cans on R6's? might be the same as the R1 i dunno do a search for it.

i have a catch can on my r6. i started a thread about it awhile ago ill see if i can find it
