Read every Word, been trying these tips out and they work I have been power wheeling my 600 up for a while now but just started bringing the clutch in to play and it's so much easier to get balance point.

Re: Complete guide for learning basic wheelies the right way

lots of good info for learning wheelies on a street bike. you mention several times to first learn on a dirt bike. I know a lot of riders don't have this option but I think it should be stressed highly to first learn on a small dirt bike. it's cheaper safer and easier. launch the bike from a dead stop while dragging both feet on the ground. I got balance point the first day doing this. Knowing what balance point feels like and how hi it is gave me "the *****" you talk about to put my feet on the pegs and start learning to do real wheelies. my 2 cent. BTW i'm still learning and practicing cuz i don't have rear brake dialed in yet

Regarding steering I would say, that I realize it with throttle and brake while leaning with the body right or left!

Does make it sense?

Cheers, jwh

Are there any special bike settings you could discuss about for learning to do front wheelies (Endo's).
