Re: Help with Seat Stands / Christ Airs

But those affect it enough do they not?
Suspension
Weight
Road
...?

Whatever, thanks for putting up with the stupid questions. I reallllyyyy do not like how people get treated on this forum. Its not the bike, thats why Im stumped as to why you guys are so bent on saying its the bike, its not a massive wobble, so I was asking if other factors come into play.

Sorry, im indredibly stupid I know.
has the bike ever been crashed?

Im not talking about falling over in the driveway, or dropping it the first time you make a u turn. I mean a real crash where it goes sliding down the road.

Suspension

Road

Should not make it shake bad By just takeing your hands off the bars... Bent rim or problems with bearings are your best bet if you just got a new tire..

Re: Help with Seat Stands / Christ Airs

No , it hasn't ... the only time anything has ever happened to it, was the last owner when putting it in his garage, scarped the exhaust against a toolbox on the ground.
Not a big deal.

Re: Help with Seat Stands / Christ Airs

In the end, im probably just gonna get it checked out when I get my cams adjusted. I am really, really sure is not the tires, these things are mint and perfectly aligned, the fricken little tire plastic black pokie spindle things are still on them.

Re: Help with Seat Stands / Christ Airs

I've also been checking out old' trusty google, and some other people are having trouble with the gs500f and not so much the gs500e ? Could be something stupid with the fairings? Just a guess. And also, isn't there always a little bit of wobble when accelerating very fast ? Which in my case, 0-90 and then to neutral...?

The timing? And everyone here has told you what it most likely is... Whats the point in asking a question if you are just going to say everyone is wrong?

Re: Help with Seat Stands / Christ Airs

Im not saying they are wrong, and im respecting their answers. In the end, it will probably be the tires, and I will definitly come over and thank every one of you for smacking me in the face. BUT, I'm just wondering if there is more factors that come into play when determining headshake, am I really being that devil-ish to you guys ? Come on.

tires might be fine, they just might not be balanced properly. i've ridden on tires that werent balanced and they didnt cause much shake. they just thumped at high, high speeds

If you just got new tires i dont think it would be the tires... Like i have said like 4 other times and everyone else has... Bearings or the wheel

Or the powerband...lol
