tried a few frogs to spreader, and they are hard as ****! i squat down in my frogs as much as possible, and drop soft as i can but it's a hell of a feat for me...... any tips?

jump away from the tank and pull back to spreader with your arms. thats what i do anyway

i just did it yesterday, both stall ones and straight line ones, just give it for real a push with the leg, pump it as if u tried to jump to spreader from a stall, and pull strong with ur arms!!


made it like 40 times yesterday cuz i was so glad to get it

thx man, now i need to do the frog=>50/50, did two or three last year, gotcha go for it again!



and louisville, i saw ur comment, so u need to learn stall, i'm pretty sure learnin em tricky tricks from a dead stop is safer than loopin one on straight line

i never made the ss stall to 50/50 let alone the frog to 50/50. now i run a upper i will never get it

i can get the jump down, just cant keep it up, and it feels sketchy as hell, and like Mike said hurts your ***/thighs (my *** bone is bruised) from putting it down, and almost went over the bars lol
