Bunny hop?

Idk what else to call it..? anyone got any tips?

I don't know where to start.

Tried popping the clutch on a wheelie like I was trying to loop it, then leaned forward hoping to get the back tire up.

Re: Bunny hop?

you will smash the bottom of your bike up but.....get the revs up in first gear get off the gas and get back on the gas when the front tire comes up get back off the gas its a timing thing do it over and over and you will succeed in damaging your bike good luck...ps you can help the back up by grabbing the tank with your legs and pulling up on it when you get of the gas..oh and push down on the bars at the same time

Re: Bunny hop?

when I asked bout it no one answered...then I tried poping it up fast and hitting the brake hard after it goes up, pushing the bars down, but I don't think I lifted rear more than few inches...anyway it seems like a bad thing for a bike so I quit that stuff...

Re: Bunny hop?

I use the clutch up method. As the front end is coming up stab the back brakes. The sequence is pretty fast but it is very reliable. I keep on hittinh the bottom end of the muffler on the landing. The sparks are a nice touch though.(04' R1)

Re: Bunny hop?

yeah, the idea is to use the rear suspension to hop it up... jumping forward and toward the clipons could also help
