How NOT to get dizzy during circles ?
Can someone please explain this technichue to me ?
I'm working on circles for a while now, and after I've done 4 or so, I get really dizzy... I Know there's a special technichue for it, but can't figure it out by myself. It has something to do with looking to a certain point
Can someone plz explain ??

Ive found that focusing on different spots in your surroundings works better than looking at the ground. Another thing ive been practicing is changing the angle of my head every couple rotations, Im not sure if that helps or hurts yet.

i think the military type **** u talkin bout is refering to how soldiers would aim their weapons but i knw sum soldiers who fire with both eyes open so idk...lol.
I would suggest that you fix you vision on stationary object 10-15 meters away that way you can still keep your bearings and not get so dizzy. plus with practice you will get used 2 it cuz its kindof like ridin on them spinning roller coasters. after the 5th time ridin u get used to it

"You shouldn't look at the bike nor keep your head moving with the bike, instead look at the way your spining and keep the look fixated until bike almost reaches the direction you look at and then you move your view again. It will help you not get dizzy and feel the spin better...don't know how to say it better"
