RULES AND INFO


1. £100 max for 50cc bike or smaller. Any extra you pay will need to be matched and given to charity, but try and keep it to £100 to make it fun.

2. We will be leaving from middlands (maybe Brunters) and heading for london and then onto dover. If you live down south your more then welcome to join in there. But you "WILL" get ripped for it lol
There is a good chance we might get the crossing for free, but if not its around £25.

3. as its stands we are leaving thrusday night or friday morning on the 9th-10th september. We are going to stay in paris for 1 night for drinks and then ride back the next moring. We are hopping to be back for Monday but we just never know.

4. I'm thinking we should all put £5 in the pot for the first person to get a fine or a ticket. And if no one gets done then it goes to charity.

5. The sponsor forms will be sent out soon for who ever is going.

6. No matter how fast you bike is or slow, we will be keeping all together so no one will be left.

7. Euro insurance is extra on your policy so double check.

is there anything planned for accomodation for friday and saturday nights? or is down to ourselves to sort somewhere?
have you wangled a free or cheap hotel ?

 

Nothin sorted as yet. Because we dont know what time or even "IF" we'll get there, i think it might just be a case of find a cheap F1 hotel or somethin like that.

 

I take it cause its on 50cc there will be no motorways lee cause im rolling on a cbt haha, plus can ya send me a sponser form

 

Yes it will be all A roads and B roads. No motorways at all.

And as for CBT's, well Chris is doing his this weekend So he'll be on "L" plates ha ha

Can you leave the country on L plates?

 

You cannot leave the country before ONE YEAR of passing your full (or restricted)
test IIRC.

The stunt comp passes should be with you soon. Dont worry about them tho, it will all be sorted and not a problem. If you have entered early you should see your names and pic's on our web site.



If you ride with "L" plates in the uk, you can ride 50cc on a car lisence in the EU. And i really cant see it been a problem over there anyway. Not with so many of us anyway. It will be fine

We've looked into rooms in paris.

F1 style hotel (cheap and cheerful). 1 room sleeps 3 people and works out at around £33. So thats about £11 each for the night. The also do a 4euro brakefast.

So i think its going to be a very cheap holiday

Chris walton has been through all this with dvla and the bike test centre and you can ride in europe on a cbt.
