How we are going to work it is like this, tell us what you think.


The top 3 riders will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd no matter what, But if 20 riders enter, then the first 10 will be A finals and 11th place will be 1st place in the B finals and take the cash.
So if 30 people enter, first 15 in A finals and 16th place will be 1st in the B final.

That way, EVERYONE will get a good chance for some money or goodies

If we made 4th place, 1st in the B final. It will just be like 4th place money lol

Good luck running the comp boys about time the younger generation started organising comps however i think the B final is flawed if you look at the entry list and know the best you could hope for is say 8th or 9th you would do better saving alot of stuff and go for the B final where u stand a good chance of winning money who would want to finnish 10th with nothing when 11th gets the money, with the prize money they have put up for u i think u should seriously look at the german open structure its a very fair way of doing things

 

I did wonder about that Tee-rex.. Like at motocross the sand baggers who hold back, so they can go and win the race against slower people.

 

Ye i know giving someone in 11th place a prize and 10th place nothin seems odd, but we thought it would give those a chance and make it worth them entering rather then just going for the practice or not at all. And we are hopping for euro riders to come as well. So not just the normal few in the top 5, We hope it will mix it up a little.

You could hold back and try for lower placing, but how do you know you'll place in the B finals doing this??

We are trying this to give those who say they never have a chance, to this time have a chance. It might work, it might not. But i'm hopping its gona bring a new twist to the comps

 

Hope it works out for you still think with the 7k they put up for prize money giving travel money from 4th to 15th will get u alot more riders willing to travel from europe from my past expierience of comps its hard to get people there if they get offered a show they will go for the show money first i have been asking riders to support the comps for two years but rarely see more than 20 riders i hope u have more luck convincing people to drop shows to support a comp, kinda strange they turn people away from xdl rounds over the pond they must look at comps different to us.

Stunt soccer sounds amusing / painful

The prize money seems set up to draw in the big Euro names rather than reward as many as possible - I aint complaining by any stretch, it's your comp, you do what you like... just wanted to put my 2p in You could spread the same prize money over the top 10 and still give an unprecidented £1,000 to the winner Mind you did say something about lids and stuff up for grabs too
