well after changing the calipers etc etc etc, turns out the prob all along is a very badly warped disk

so now i need the left front disk, anyone got one lying round somewhere ????

rookie mistake i guess, i know better now, but you were there with me while i was trying to sort it at santa pod, and because it was feeling fine then going soft, everyone agreed that the most likely prob was the caliper seals, none of us really looked any further than that to see what else it could have been, so i just worked on the most likely outcome
like i said tho, a rookie mistake and i know better now to actually double check before i jump to the most obvious conclusion

 

Try stock f4i front end? May cure it. Could be your headstock not pairing correctly with that front end, so ill give you f4i front end, and take the 929 one for my bike, as it may seat the headstock a bit better
