How much to pait/prep a tail, tank, mudguard a flat colour?

May have two bikes that need doing, one has side panels too.

But we are going to the bulldog bash in august, so we'll call in and say hi on the way, do you have or will you have a hot drinks machine/kettle and is there a burger van near by as some of the guys think with there stomachs!
