Hey thought i would share this with ya. Because snow stopped play on sunday the enfield massive came up my way to do some work on their bikes. Where was timmy ???
Well the london boys thought they would give ally tig welding a go. Here they are in action. Its nice to see true craftsmen at work

well the results were err interesting


Mind you they did manage to weld a bmw to honda rr

 

classic mark i would of put on a nice smile and cloths if i knew it was going to be on here nice pictures mate, i though ash 800 RR bmw rebuild was quite nice thanks for all the help yesterday mark , big respect..!!!

I am scared now, i hope the london massive welding crew have made improvements to my bike, i like the sound of the bmw800rr honda. if they weld as good as they ride then i am in luck, if not i a screwed. sound like fun thought

I bet Joey couldnt get his head through them big double doors after that session I hope he gave you the right rods to weld with as he made a school boy error and gave me a brazing rod to weld with when i welded the R1 and it all fell apart, true craftsmanship at work there He's took the **** out of me ever since and said it was my fault

 

You need to read the box mr hanks one says brazing one says mild steel

 

You gave me the rod and told me where the rest were I thought id done a good job on it until it broke with every ride

 

Yeah it looked good until ya dropped it, the rods do look the same, i often have to check the box. It was bloody funny though ya must admit. Prob not at the time i know as ya just spent an hour doing it.
