forgot to mention the jeans, allways wear jeans with kevlar, like draggon but cheaper,
tend to ride in trainers also, just find its more compfy and easier than boots
of corse never get on the bike without a helmet, thats just stupid

When you crash bad you dont walk away from them, does falling off and rubbing your bum count then? Everyone will tell you theres a crash out there for everyone and prob when you least expect it.

Luckily I've never been in a serious one but I've had a few nasty-ish ones in my time doing this.

I'm not into anything that fast, so whenever I fall off normally the worst I can expect is a bit of bruising, so my choice of armour reflects that.

I rode today in a knox vest thing and shin pads. My god it was horrible! But I'm slowly getting used to them.

Yeah, as much as I usually agree with this (except Im into fast stuff), a normal cage hurts, but a Sick Innov. SNAPS BONES!!!
