right then! i wanna look into getting a xbox 360, but i aint got a clue where to start!! my old black original xbox has a thick layer of dust on it where it hasnt been used for years!

when i search for xbox 360 it comes up with loads of different ****! like arcade, 40gb, 60gb!! whats the best one to go for just to play games online or on my tod???

i know a lot of you guys are into this online gaming malarky, so help me out

 

mines a 360 primiam 60 but mate you dont really need that much so pic that dont worry about the rest you dont relly need the top notch stuff dont read this actully im not makeing sence lol

 

BUY a PS3 and be Done.....1080i and BlueRay player...nuff said and Btw I have Both

 

adam h - im gonna buy an xbox this weekend, just cost i had a go on Gears of war 2 and got addicted.

Im gonna get the premium 60 package £189 then look into playing online later, thats if i dont get bored.

Warning - watch out for people selling crap 360's on ebay, my mate got one that overheats. Apparently its a common problem.

 

ps3 no way adam not for a gameing machine blu ray sweet, games nah just get a standard xbox with a hard drive thats all ya need and call of duty and gears then if you want give us your controller and i'll put the extra turbo button on it so when you whip that pistol out it fires your clip in a about a second (Katch Bullet) add me

 

when i first got xbox wasent online got bored sold it got another one when a new game came out got bored sold it bought another one when another good game came out but got bored again,bought the xbox live online pass and belive me you will never get bored if you dont go live you will get bored

 

how much does your mate want for his faulty xbox i need the drive out of it

 

theres loads of faulty xboxes on ebay for about 20-40 quid, but i'll prob get a new un from a shop!

 

yo bud you should try out battlefield bad company ,
ask joe he will say the same (well i hope he will back me up lol)
cod 4 is a great game but it has nothing on bad company, bad company is so real from the sound to the game play thus making it a very hard online play, but staiting the obvious the more you play it the better you get , so hang in there and work thru the hard period and you'll find the game gets much better , it also proves that you only really get anywhere in the game if you work as a team with your mates,

get a PS3. i got both and the 360 is garbage. youll get the "red ring of death" in no time and have to send that **** off to get microsoft to fix it. only good thing about 360 is you can listen to your own music while playing games. PS3 is 1080p, has a blu ray player, has a free online network, and is basically a computer. i put downloaded TV shows, movies, music, pics, themes, and all kinds of other **** on my PS3 straight from a USB thumb drive. PS3 ALL THE WAY!

 

No way get a xbox 360 premimum 20gb hard drive, sorted!! with GTA and PGR

 

yeah. thats a much better idea than getting an PS3 with a 40gb, 80gb, or 120gb hard drive with GTA and Gran Turismo.
while youre at it make sure you pay for that online gaming instead of the freeness that is PS3s online network

 

Yeah we pay because its better id rather pay for a better online pay!! and more of us on here (UK) have a 360!!!! 20gb is plenty big enough so why pay more? ??
