Not nice Al !!!
I got screws in my shoulder still.
all my other metal work i had removed as its not good to leave it in if ya likely to break some thing again.
I did have 12 screws and two plates in my left ankle , a couple screws in my right heal , i got them all in a plastic bag now

best place for them
hopefully i can have mine out in 12 months
8 screws and a plate and some hip bone...

take it easy and heal..
blood flow is good fixing is good just needs time now
and physio in say... 4 weeks time
long term prolley always still and limited move ment
but we will see about that...

Hi Al, good to hear you're on advanced mending techniques!

The shiny stuff works, but you ache like an oldie in the damp weather. I've got it in both sides of my jaw and cheeks and in left instep and right shoulder.

I still don't set off the airport detector though

I got mine from Sk8boarding and getting head run over.


Don't collect any more than me dude!

Ive git a Titanium wedding ring...Now that fu*ker hert .Its starts herting about 7 in the morning and dies down about 11 at night

I have a lot of ti in my feet after a bad bike crash, its all out now though still hurts in the morning and struggle to work on ladders as it seems to make me feel sick Also had to stop wieght training to loss a few stone as the doctor said I would have bad arthritous(spelling??) when Im older due to miss alignment. He was right

Got a bit in me leg, and they want to replace my plastic knee cap with a titanium one, but I won't let them cos they won't leave some sticking out so I can slide it!!!!

trying to give this time to heal straight now its got metal in.
