:YEAH just ride it and stop moaning, Ha Ha, uve got far worse to come, a few noises will be the least of your problems, soon it will be your body thats making creaking noises, or maybe thats just mine, come on Ant

Finally someone with my kind of idea...

Just turn your idle up more, and keep turning it till you just hear the engine

When ever i hear a worrying noise in my car, i just turn the stereo up more, and it goes away.

i used to use that theory, was good for the first few months, having metalica blaring out the stereo as loud as can be all day,
that was until the day i turned the steering wheel but kept going in a straight line, apartly the knocking i was ignoring had something to do with a ball joint connected to the steering collapsing, thank **** my breaks wernt making the same noise, otherwise there would have been and anyy shaped dent in the tree

andy, ive never got to that stage, but im sure if it wouldnt turn right id just do lots and lots of lefts....

DST first is 100 times better, and makes you learn brake control as opposed to throttle :YEAH
