any ideas???

Re: any ideas???
We don't have those stationary speed cameras anywhere I know of, except maybe at toll-booths, and I def don't speed around them, but how do you get caught if you know where they're at? Do they move them all the time?
We have things that they put up and move around town that show you how fast you're going, but they don't have cameras. They're there for awareness and flash if you're speeding. I always try to see how fast I can get up to but they error out at 99 mph.
But if it were me, I would deny any recognition on driving at those times until they were able to prove it was me.
And I would wear a mask and drive by it without a license plate over and over!
wow, that just doesn't seem right, but hey, different country different laws

And we have police with speed guns, who stand in random areas, and we have mobile camera vans.
I remember reading that some 'youths' took the plate off the camera van and put it on their car and sped past a few times
I was doing 45 in a 30 and a copper with gun was there, so i put hand over number plate, then rode home as fast as i could, with my lights turned off, and using my PASS light to see, an as my front brake switch is disconnected, and my bike is black with smoked plate, i become stealth mode

Re: any ideas???
That's what I'm saying. I've thought about paying for a friend to get a new license plate on his bike and I'll take his old one and ride past cops or through tolls every once in a while. Of course some investigator will come asking him questions, but he'd have an aliby for being at work or whatever. Shoot, with a full face helmet, cops nor cameras are able to have a positive ID to pin anything on you anyways. Yet another reason to always wear your helmet!

Re: any ideas???
So you've had NIPs for all three offences? Three NIPs?
Write back, individually, to each one saying that either:- A- you were sure you were travelling below the limit or B - unsure of your speed because you were paying attentuion to road conditions rather than looking at your speedo, and ask when the cameras were last calibrated... if there's red tape involved in the processing of the offence then the chances are that it will be discarded due to the fact that they're processing so many they haven't got time to be fannying around with 'awkward' ones...
And good luck!

Re: any ideas???
Write a letter in with you (unsigned) NIP, explaining the above, and also add that you were positive that you were not speeding when you drove the car, ask if they have photo evidence of the driver, and ask when the camera (s) were last calibrated. There's a BIG chance it'll get dropped if you apply that little lot...
