Double H sintered pads & sanding the disk have made a massive difference, but i wont know if its perfect until I compare it to a new bike.
After sanding the disk surface and running the bike for a few miles, i can see that the disks are worn more in the middle than the outside, because the outer and inner of the disk are getting shinny again but the middle isn't touched.

Anyway im happy that my rear brake is good enough to warrant fitting a handbrake to next pay day :YEAH
