MFN Show 14/09/2008
This sunday we had a show up at MFN, Kaue, Tony, Cooper, AdamH and myself were riding.
Got up there late saturday evening to camp, and we were gonna head off to tesco (I said the bar would be open but it wasn't, doh) so we all went off sulking, only to have one of the organiser come out and bring us some of their own beer. (proper host).
Woke up early sunday morning to the sound of dog's barking and Coops snoring.
Everyone had a little practice, but my bike played the bogging game on me again so I ended up with a cracked casing. (Pez, I'll be ringing you soon about a cage)
I was all set to be cameraman for the day, wehn Tony twisted his knee when a scrape went wrong. After a lot of begging, he let me ride his bike (Tony is THE MAN) and even put my tank on his bike because I hated his dent. (but we had to gaffa tape it black).
First show was at 2 and everyone did awesome. Coops really connected with the crowd and Adam was throwing down some reallyquite crazy tricks, while kaue killed the circles looking cool as ever lol.
Had another show at 3, which was more of a big freestyle session, wherei crashed a christ (got a wobble on, bent over to grab the bars and grabbed the front brake DOH). Which lead to me flipping over my bike for the third time that weekend.
It was a really awseome weekend and I'd really like to thank Adam, Cooper and Julie for saving our asses and helping us out with the show, and chris for fliming it.
Can't wait to go back there. Vid from this and the Pod will be up soon.

Cheers forthe comments.
Toddy: Its a ******* amazing place to ride. Love it, and it sets a really good atmosphere with the old style bike pub.
Adzz: We've always been Not Quite Immortal, N.Q.I is just the abbreviation.

Re: MFN Show 14/09/2008
they did ask us to keep burnouts to a minimum until we were actually doing the shows, cos last year they paid out 30 grand in fines cos of one old woman neighbour who keeps complaining, but the organisers were excellent

google search MFN and their web page shows cruise nights and bike nights and other shows, the real estate they have available is excellent, just the one pain in the **** neighbour that doesnt like the place

I think we're gonna be up there a lot more, just really can't wait to go again.
Shotgun not driving though, motorways are boring as ****.
Oh and that banner is now in my garage.

nice one guys!!
Love Kaues circles, but ive never seen Dave flip, maybe you could dedicate me one when i next ride near you.
Im surprised there is no barriers around it all, what with this country being what it is.

I failed a merk step the other day,and put foot down on landing, and couldnt walk properly for 2 days.
Yet 2 years ago they said, i would be fine in 10 days.
