Hey good news Al, dont forget ice ice ice, not hot water bottles !!! Heat helps the pain but slows the healing. Ice ice !!!!

never been to good at patients its coming up on 4 months ....aaaAARRGG....if i don't ride soon i will have to find sharp objects to start rubbing up against to self harm...lol
