Re: A.c.a.b.

If you were caught wheelying then id say fair cop & pay the fine, but to take your bike off you for riding legally, thats **** ****.

Fight it big p, you can go to the http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/ and ask for help, they will represent you.

I didnt think they could do that with out evidence so i could drive along see some bikers just standing around doing nothing call the police say there were stunting and get them all in trouble That's some stupid bollocks man i would deffently fight it and if it sais they should of give you a warning first.. But just took your bike I would say you stand a good chance of winning but the police will get away with it trust me

You must have permission for the car park and it must be gated so no other vehicles can get on.

My spot aint the greatest but nobody calls the cops cos i work for one of the companies and some of the car park is gated.

Re: A.c.a.b.

If the shop was closed.. They probally couldnt do much because they would have to ask the owner if you had permission to be there or not but im not sure But i always say that well i either find a car park or i hit the streets.. Which either makes them happy or just pisses them off its abit of a gamble

Yes you can block it with cones, tape or a vehicle - Apparently

Re: A.c.a.b.

you can get your bike straight away!! on the slip you got it should say you need proof of insurance and proof of ownership (i think) and thats it! you turn up to the station desk and give that to the pretend copper on reception and they have to stamp it!! i'm sure the slip only requires you to prove 2 items!! thats it!! once its stamped get yourself over to the impound yard!!:YEAH

i'm sure you have to go to that exact station, and there should be no reason why you cant get your bike straight away!!

ive been impounded twice and picked my bikes up the very next day!!

Re: A.c.a.b.

Yeah actually im sure the owner of the bike can go get the bike when ever with proof... My dad's bike got impounded after i was pulled with it because the exhaust & number plate were illegal.. And then when i took my helmet off relised i was just 16 on a 1000cc And i got took to a cell for 7 hours and then when my sister finished work i could go home and when they released me they said the owner of the bike can pick it up when ever just bring proof of ownership.. My dad was in France at the time for 2 weeks so everyday +£11 got expensive

Re: A.c.a.b.

its worth noting that supermarket car parks and shopping center car parks like B&Q etc are classed as public car parks so you can get tickets in them.... you need a smaller car park with barriers on each entrance and not a big named store/center..

Re: A.c.a.b.

I hate to be thee bearer of bad news but a section 59 is a asbo order against nuisance motorcycling so lets say you got you own peace of land and you have a fence all around it and one gate entrance that is closed cool you can practice with no one bothering you WRONG!!!!

Some one and this can be one person just one more than once complains They turn up give you a section 59 and probably want you show the reg documents or some kinda proff of owner ship for the bike BECAUSE and this is Pretty clever YOU are causing a nuisance by the noise which is coming out of your bike and yes even if you have a road legal exhaust. If you dont let them cool but your still fucked cos they post it to you you cant win If you do it again at the same place and someone complains then they arrive with a warrant and come in and get the offending bike and again you are fucked.

This stuff was passed to action against mini motos that were causing a pest and quite ok i think cos it gives them the power if they do not have insurance or tax to impoud the bike straight away. Unfortunatley this covers all bikes and we have fallen into this catergory aswell. NUISANCE BIKERS. If they cop you at all admit nothing ever be polite all the time but admit nothing never sign anything or take any bits of paper with section 59 on them.

Most coppers will warn you verbally once and then if you do it again give you a section 59 then again you lose you bike but they have the power if the bike is being used dangerously i'e stunt riding (which is dangerous and if you disagree with me your a joke cos this is why i do it to feel alive and on edge) they can impoud your bike.

DONT GET CAUGHT
THEY WILL NOT CHASE YOU TOO FAR
BE POLITE

BUT AS I SAID BEFORE YOU AINT **** TILL YOU GOT A SEC59 only cos i was silly enough to take a break and not see the cops close down the exits at my decent stoppie spot tesco car park

YOU WILL NEVER BEAT THEM THEY HAVE LAWS THEY DONT EVEN NOW ABOUT DONT GIVE THEM THE EXCUSE THEY NEED TO **** YOU DAY UP AND PUT ANOTHER SHEET IN TO THEIR SARGENT
