stoppies is what i love most at mo as soon as i can walk again im back to the spot just to spend all day doin them, in me cast... although iv decreased my run up to 80 and can now max the spot so iv gotta decrease and work on technique, if you want stoppies spend a day watching and ridin with jon... my ambition is to nut the wall at the his spot next time im there from the first run up!

although im putting my clipons back on but im gonna drop the top yoke and put em over the top of yoke dont know what that will do maybe make it a bit unstable but it will give me somethin to do when this swelling goes away...

S'wot my doc told me, restricts some bad fluids or sumthin in the area so your body can deal with it faster. He said try keepin it above the level of your heart in any position(like when your laying down, rest it on a pillow), but this was me.

 

Isn't that why in hospital you see people with the legs/arms up in them support thingys holding them up in the air? or have I been watching too many movies?
