A ex mate
lent me a motor and supplied me with all the documents .... i gave him all my details for him to contact his insurance and arrange cover he explained he had done this ... so last day of driving around for 1 month.. on the way to the airport to pick him up police pull me over
.....they tell me there's no insurance on the car...? i say there's a mistake... i have to leave the motor there i phone tony up and tell him.... and hes like there lying...? and why did i leave my car..?

i have to go to court and he chickens out of coming with me to explain why according to Norwich Union he had stopped paying the installments 5 months before he lent it to me....somink about how he had payed them enough cos he had covered the rear passenger door to be resprayed...? lol
i get 6 points and a IN10

 

yeah seem's to be a lack of comunication between the police and court's it's terrible

**** i wouldn't have thought as may other peole would have been done for in10

bet mine was the lowest fine 6 points but only 60 quid.
