Re: ban lifted

yep it is a new sport first you have to pull a couple of wheelies get stopped by the cops then you have to

go to magistrates 4 times and stay there the whole day andeach time to be told to come back because the paperwork is missing!
Then eventually be told you did a hit and run and you are being commited to crown court, facing a possible two years inside,
then you get a ***** solicitor who does not even turn up half the time.
you then go and view the cop van that was used to arrest you and after you ask to see the log book you find that the van was booked out the day after your arrest! you say to your very bad solicitor "why does this not get thrown out of court" they then look at you and ignore you!! Both your solicitor and your barrister encourage you to plead guilty no matter what the evidence suggests because after all you admitted to pulling two wheeklies and that is dangerous driving!
then after 7 months of me denying any involvment in a hit and run!!!!!!!you turn up to your pre-scentence hearing and they inform you that you are a banned driver called Jason Mark Joy!!!!! when you tell them that is not your name and there is some mistake thay then put you into court and scentence you anyway for 7 counts of dangerous driving.
then you do 200 hours of community service with some really nice fellows who make good company, which takes you 8 months to complete, by this time you have already paid the defense and prossicution cost which you were ordered to pay. then you give up feeling pissed off about it and spend two years without driving n the roads, then you go back to the same judge and same court room where you almost went to prison for someone elses behavoir and you wear a nice suite, and have a very boring haircut and a tie (you wear your red AZ's finest T-Shirt underneath your suite!) you push out your bottom lip and as you do not have any money you represent yourself in court and then you read from the law toomes that are relevant to your case and ask the judge kindly if you can have your license back as you have lodt your relationship, your eldest daughter no longer lives with you, you have lost both of your businesses and your house is being re-possesed, oh and you tell the judge you are about to go bankrupt too and you really need your driving license back in order to gain employment...

then you nervously sit there while he makes a decision and then you are moderately emotional when he gives you a year off the ban...

it's not really a great sport this one, i do not think it will catch on but it is quite exteme though!!!!!

Re: ban lifted

They charged you for somebody else's crimes even after you proved who you were?

Sue the bastards.

I'll let you keep that sport, sounds a bit extreme for me.

Re: ban lifted

They seem to do this alot making mistake's i mean i was convicted for driving and the duplicated my point's so instead of one tt99 i have 2
I went to court they gave me a print out which basically verified what i was saying then told me to reopen the case so i left the court.
I then came back to reopen the case to be told i can't do that because i have no right's lol then i said i am not paying the fine until they have sorted this out so they sent me a balif's letter lol bully boy tactic's
I lost as i really don't know what to do i also had to retake my test because i had got 6 point's in the first 3 year's of driving then to be told by my driving test instructor after i had past again that i had been driving over 2 year's so i didn't need to retake my test the law system is getting stupid and to money grabbing now
They seem to know how much money i owe them but they have no idea what for and just keep sending me back and forward's

Re: ban lifted

of cousre my daughter (eldest) is 17 she did some training but found bikes were not for her... my son is 15 and iv been teachin him drums (used to be a drummer) he is a ******* lord - o - the drums, if he keeps it up i reckon he will have a carrer in it.... my yuongest is a lovable rascal but she nearly 14 and i dint think she is interested in bikes... maybe we should drag my boy along to a meet up in the summer, they all go to superbike races with me and they love that so i guess they should enjoy watching us all fall off he he....

anyway enough of all this dad stuff k im old enough without constant remainders he he...

Westy that sucks but i know what you mean, after many months and attempts at getting someone to listen you just give up and take the **** cos really they always win no matter what mistakes they make...

ankle replacement :| eek... I thought the ankle was one of the only bones/body parts that can't be replaced and is hard to fix? or was that what people told me to ensure I wore boots?

i know how it fills,i went cort 3 times for them to tell me i had no car insurance i had my bank statement to show i paid it, had the certificate,it was all in my dad`s name, the insurance company said thay never herd of us,and the solicitor said if u plead guilty they will let u off on special conditions. so i did thats when the told me 6 point's and £260 fine.

then weeks later i went back to cort by myself for speeding they clooked me doin 73 mph in a 30 by the vascar device,( Visual Average Speed Computer And Recorder), but the paperwork wasent ther so that gave me time on the net to sort it out weeks of research .went back and got away with it all..

**** solicitors do it urself!!

Re: ban lifted

4 years ago my mate asked me to drive his car, showed me that i was insured etc, then on the way back from sheffield the cops pulled us for no reason and gave me a producer. Because my ex-mate didn't produce the insurance document in time i got an IN10 & £250 fine. for the last 3 years my cars insurance has costed over double, should be normal this year though.

Traffic cops can be like Nazzi's

Sorry Vandal i didn't realise.

I still have major respect though, especially considering how it takes longer to heal the older you get etc.
