OK i paid a tad more for a full fairing kit for a 06 636. And i mean full, tail tidy to head lights, heat gaurd. and it wasn't much more then a side panal off ebay.

Oh and they are brand new, without a mark on them:YEAH

Re: how come's no1

As ya know i sold my R1 for a 636. The R1 is difficult to use the throttle while doing tech stuff. It just wants to launch ya all the time. The 636 is much more forgiving !!!!
As hanksy he still has his throttle bolt in to stop it launching him !!!

Re: how come's no1

"Mouse trapped" is when ya at bp and ya hit the brake to hard and it slams the front end down. Dont sound that bad until ya do it and it bloody hurts.
Hanksy is doing circles and rl etc already !!! He had the mother of all mouse traps last week trying to do a sit down coaster **** it was funny but i would not have want to have been on it at the time ha ha. He had his head on the front mud guard. We have all done it eh !!!!

Re: how come's no1

Im used to closing the throttle too hard when i get too high, or higher than im comfortable with. That feels like hitting a cricket bat off a concrete post.

So ive got "mouse traps" to look forward to hey! Nice

I can't do it at work, but later if i type "mouse trap stunt" into youtube do you think it will find one?

I take it you have your idle turned up while your trying to find BP ??? Shouldnt mouse trap off the throttle really.
I had a look on you tube nowt there. Tell ya wot i will get hanksy to try another coaster and video it. Then we should have a mouse trap on film LOL.
Only kidding Hanksy your riding is amazing considering how long ya been stunting.

Re: how come's no1

No mate, im no where near bp at the moment.

My launches are more regular since ive been on 10psi, but i still can't get used to using the back brake, i shut the throttle instead 'every time' it frustrating.
Im just using the power to keep the front wheel up, but atleast its teaching me throttle control. But im going much further and slower recently.

Im fitting the EZ pull this weekend as I can only manage 15 mins practice before i can't hold the clutch anymore

It just practice i need right now, everything is working well

But im less enthusiastic about stunting on my own since that little get off i had 2 weeks ago.

Re: how come's no1

Yeah i understand what your saying about the thou and the 600 so in theory a 600 is better for slow technical stuff and a thou is good for long fast stuff and racing
And from reading on the site i have also found out my zxr has a problem with snapping the frame near the headstock anyway i can make this less likely to happern?

Ive had to weld a couple zxr head stocks. You should have seen the state of glyns head stock. Welded up ok though.

I def prefer the 600 as every one else does i think ya will find. I still love my old R1 though. In fact i have an 03 R1 im about to stunt but thats tee rexs fault he made me. LOL

Re: how come's no1

Yep ive welded the frame mid way up the main spar for several people. This was on road bikes which get a hard time. But hey if ya stunting dont worry about it. Repairs are all part of stunting eh.
Chris walton rocks his zx6 so its still a good stunt bike !!!
