Funny you should say that, on my lesson on saturday, after an hour on my own riding with instructor, we went back to pick some guy up, and he had failed his test on the emergency stop. The road was damp and he was up for the stop first, and i watched saying aloud.... "please fall off, please fall off, please fall off"

****** didnt though

theory test is harder now too... 50 questions

CBT is 125cc motorcycle
Big bike license is on a 500cc motorcycle

If you leave it till october its going to get harder too.

"The new practical motorcycle test is being introduced in October 2008 to comply with European legislation, which aims to improve the standard of road safety for motorcycle and moped riders. This user group have been identified as having a high risk of injury or death. This is particularly the case for young and inexperienced riders. "

Re: motorbike theory test

Mine was on a cb500, it wasn't too bad.

I dreaded doing the u-turn on the test, i'd never ridden a bike before so their was a 50/50 chance id get it right

Re: motorbike theory test

U-turns are easy, approach with additional speed, swing left, stamp on back brake, ready with the gas, as it comes to a standstill nail the throttle.

U-Turn accomplished
