Hai Bike Shop

Hey all,

Anyone else from the UK waiting on a cage or anything else pretty big from Hai?

We're waiting on a cage that was ordered months ago. Has Mark forgotten about the UK?

T-Neck, can you give us some info?

Re: Hai Bike Shop

Ordered mine November 26th, I'm expecting it to turn up January 10th.

I know Ghostie's stuff took six weeks, but with it being near christmas they probably wanna sort the people on their side of the pond first.

You sure it didn't get help up in customs or anything?

Re: Hai Bike Shop

Oops, sorry

Ordered online, it's some stuff a mate ordered, it's been about two months now.

How would we find out if it's been held up at customs?

It took our stuff toddys teerex and mine at least two months !!! Only to find customs held one parcel and the post office held up the other one. Overall very slow. But was great to just bolt stuff on when it turned up.

Re: Hai Bike Shop

if its HAI its tice ur after not t-neck, remember guys its the holiday season so it could of gotten held up at the customs for a while, your best bet is not to post stuff like this on here before you spoke with them to find out whats going on and get a tracking number, ive not heard good things about wharped toys but HAI have always been 100% any of the time ive used them.

Re: Hai Bike Shop

To my post above.... slight aplogy here.. I didn't order it from HAI.. it's coming direct from Sick Innovations, so my comment is irrelevant ^^

but has anyone ordered anything direct from Sick?

Hope it turns up soon

Ian (sick innovations) is a good guy, im sure he would of sent it as soon as it was ready, Stuff always gets held up at customs takes two weeks to get to the uk an 6 weeks to clear customs.

I dont really care as im flying out on the 8th so i will collect all my stuff personally,

Re: Hai Bike Shop

its been about 8/9 weeks now i think.... the subcage itself is free as I sent in some video and won their monthly competition thingy, but I still paid $80 for shipping. I'm not complaining too much I'm just curious as to where it is and why I can't get hold of them. Just desperate to get me hands on one of them subcages

Re: Hai Bike Shop

hey guys i used to work for a international courier company and customs are a law unto themselves they hold parcels for the most stupied of reasons somtimes and also do not notify either the sender or the recveing agent untill you try and find out why the parcel is late, if you contact the shop you ordered it from and ask for the trascking number and the shipping agent they are using you can most of the time track the parcels on the internet. also over christmas things seem to take longer then usual as there are greater quantitys of good coming into and going out hope you get it sorted soon.

Re: Hai Bike Shop

Well I ordered mine 28th November, and apparantly it was only shipped out a few days ago. Based on that I'm not really happy that it took nearly a month just to ship, but i can understand it because of the time of year.

Good customer service though, they tray as hard as they can to sort any problems out.
