With HAI, they don't hold stuff in stock AFAIK, so if you buy a Sick cage, they have to get it shipped in from Sick before they can ship it to you, hence it only just being shipped out to you... I had this when I ordered my cage... its just the way it's gotta be.

The brembos were in stock and were shipped and received within a week of ordering..... so the customer service is great, just a case of depending on what you buy really.
