you realize this will not work!!...............cause the gas staion will sell more gas than usuall on the day's prior or after the day it was to be boycotted.........thus making up for the missed day

 

+1... the only way to make a boycott work is for a decent percentage of the population to stop driving for an extended period of time... as in we all ride bicycles for 2 months...

They weren't allowed to do anything illegal (oxymoron) with this strike, or so the truckers union claimed.

The only way to make a strike effective is to boycott one supplier permanently. They will then drop prices, leading us to all go back to them, so others drop prices.

However, this will then lead to prices rising again as the equilibrium is restored and the vicoius cycle begins again.
