I know this has been posted before but since the search isn't working i'm posting it again.

I think my K2 GSXR600 is running standard chain and sprockets ie 15? tooth front, 43? tooth rear on a 525 chain.

When i check B&C Express they can go up to a 52 tooth rear but only on a 520 chain, 48tooth is the most for a 525 chain

I want a 50 tooth rear, will i have to replace my chain with one that is 520 to match the new sprocket?

 

You could just get a 48 and go one down on the front. It'll make it more twitchy but saves you getting a different chain.

Talon will do a 49 on a 525 chain, will i notice such a big difference between 48 and 49 or 49 and 50?

What did you run on your Gix? i wanna keep some sort of rideability as i still ride to/from the spot

 

dave only had plus ten, his bike was choppy as a mother ****** aswell go plus 7 on the back and down one on front, ithink thats how dave had his.
