What does the peddle on the right do? and every time I try to flash my lights water comes onto the windscreen and the wipers go mad? where am I going wrong?

Yep, used to be this;
It got pretty beat up learning loads of new stuff;
So I revamped it, loads of new parts and a new paint job now she looks like this;
I'm pretty happy with it, just need to spray a mudguard to match. want a sick innov. rear subcage, 954 forks and a damper next. :YEAH
