overdoing it
Hi i over did it on monday practicing a certain stunt for many hours! i pulled a muscle in my left tit and now im useless and oh it's hopeless i cannot moderate my stunting at all.... i get the fever for a new trick and i have to do it... bloody great fun though, enjoyed every second...
i find that now i do not get so frustrated as i used to... stuntin feels ok now iv got mywide bars back... love em i do!
anyway im asking how much practice should you do in a day (not each week) for it to be beneficial?
do you think you can do too much and not absorb the new hot richness?!?

Also had three ***** yeasterday is that too much? still wading through the jizz today!

yes you definately can **** too much as i have not had a girlfriend for nearly 11 months and now my bell end has the complextion of a perished rhino!
def need to leave off it and do something more constructive like, learn how to pull a bird ha ha

I would say practice a couple days during the week for like 3-4 hours, then on the weekend ride saturday and sunday for 5-8 hours. I ride tuesdays and thursdays for 4 hours. And saturday and sunday for 6-7 hours.

know what u mean - I'll try having a rest every 20/30 mins or so... even if it's only to grab a swig of drink for a minute...
I'll stop when I realise I'm tired and could start making lazy stupid mistakes [or when I run out of ****.] - that's when it can hurt with one lil lapse of concentration.

Personally i find i can def over ride then i dont take in any thing at all. A couple of times a week in the evenings so long as im not to tired. At the weekend if we ride sat and sunday which is not that often i really do have to pace my self. But there again i am older than most of you lot .

damn must be nice..i only get to ride sundays..usually all day but have to warm up and so i only get like 3-4 hours of possible progress...i need to get a job that pays less and drop out of school so i can stunt like u!

I barely stunt an hour a time when i go for a session.
Then again i don't really have a very good stunt spot.
Got a few new tricks nailed myself now

I get real bad RSI injury to my right arm because my throttle is so stiff.
