Headlight wiring issues.... stress!

Okay I don't know much about bike electrics but seems fairly self-explanatory really... firstly, I'm sure everything worked fine (indicators) before, I wire up the headlight and now everythings fooked, but if I take the headlight off (back to how it was before) its still fooked!!

high and low beam won't work together like they should (Polisport MX headlight -road legal) when the light is on the indicators light up as well.. I can't understand why, the indicator wiring looks fine??!

I've got the original low beam wiring to the main bulb and the original high beam wiring to the smaller upper bulb, not sure if thats right way round but shouldn't make any difference. either way it still don't fookin work!!

Anyone got any ideas how the indicator wiring could interfere with the headlight wiring? as I can't see where the problem is and I've got MOT tomorow

Sorted my problems last night about 5 mins after I posted this but internet fucked up so couldn't post up saying don't worry..

Moral of the story is, don't work on bikes, late at night, after a long weekend of stunting, xbox and more stunting as you'll make stupid mistakes and get stressed

Probably tried to throw a plasma grenade at it. Too much Halo is a bad thing.

Should do it again this weekend.

Sounds like a plan :YEAH BTW I hate you dave as now I want a fooking XBOX... crappy things are addictive.

OH yer as for the headlight, not really sure what was wrong with it, I don't really remember last night!! All I remember is that it wouldn't work and was doing all sorts of funny things, then I posted here, then I decided I couldn't leave it so went back out with the multimeter and worked out what had 12v and when.. i.e high/low and just wired it up properly haha... I musta got the wiring mixed up when I cut the old headlight wiring off..

It's in for MOT now, blokes at honda garage looked a bit erm, well... I think it'll pass?? lol

Well if you wanna have another XBOX session you're more than welcome. Have work at 1pm sunday so will have to go to the spot about 8am to get some good riding in, for me anyway.
